Employers in India, Taiwan, Brazil, China, Turkey and Singapore have the best prospects for recruitment for the second quarter, while Greece, Spain , Ireland and Italy are the least hires have planned. It is planned to improve hiring pace from the previous quarter in 18 of the 39 countries and territories. The data point to an improvement in 25 of the 36 countries for which data are available for annual comparisons.
By region, employers in America and Asia Pacific continue to show Positive Net Employment Outlooks. The demand for professionals has improved to some extent, over the previous year, in seven of eight countries and territories in Asia Pacific and seven in ten countries in Latin.
The conservative projection shows the United States remains at the same level as the previous quarter, although slightly improved compared to the same period of 2010. Meanwhile, Indian managers have the most optimistic forecast since the study began performing in the third quarter of 2005.
In the EMEA region, the projections improved in 11 of 21 countries from the previous quarter, with light to moderate improvements in all countries of Eastern Europe where The study was carried out. The previous year comparisons also show better job prospects in 11 countries. In Europe, the best hiring intentions are in Turkey, Bulgaria, Belgium and Poland, while Greece's managers expect the pace of hiring remains pessimistic
